Sharp partners with TeamViewer to deliver best-in-class remote support to customers

The best-in-class remote technology allows full remote control of a screen including installing and uninstalling apps remotely, reviewing device configuration at a glance and exchanging files with the display as well as other remote access features which can be accessed at any time and from any connected device.

TeamViewer’s support solutions will be available on any of Sharp’s displays with an Android-operating System on Chip (SoC) processor. These include the PN-B/M models while the PN-HB & PN-HM displays enable users to take advantage of TeamViewer technology in 4K. The newly launched Sharp BIG PAD PN-TH1 series is also compatible, meaning 13 Sharp displays in total will support TeamViewer remote technology.
